This EP catalogues a vacation to South Dakota that took place in August, 2016. One full week spent with my nuclear family, the month before I moved out of their home and into my own.

This project feels more like a photo album to me than an EP. Almost all of these songs were written in a single sitting (in the room my brother and I shared as children) during the weeks that followed the trip. All sounds used on this EP were either field recorded in South Dakota, or made from scratch by myself using Ableton's Operator synthesizer. Though the songs were written quickly, the album was mixed and mastered months later in my home studio.

I dedicate this EP to my brother and best friend Miles. I love you, and I'm enormously proud of the man you are becoming.
